SupaDay affiliate program terms
These terms apply to anyone who joins the SupaDay affiliate program ("you"). SupaDay ("we") may update them; we'll email partners about any change that affects what you earn.
1. What you earn
- You earn 30% of what each salon you refer pays SupaDay for its subscription, not counting sales tax. A payment that is refunded earns no commission (see section 2). Fees SupaDay earns from a salon's card payments are not part of the subscription.
- You earn on each of the salon's payments for 12 months from its first payment.
- A salon counts as yours if it signs up for SupaDay within 90 days of clicking your link, and no other partner's link was clicked after yours.
- Salons referred by you get a 30-day free trial.
- There is no limit to how many salons you can refer.
2. When and how you're paid
- Each commission is confirmed 60 days after the salon's payment. If the payment is refunded before then, the commission is cancelled or reduced. If it's refunded after you've been paid, the amount comes off your next payout.
- We pay once a month by PayPal or Payoneer, whichever you choose, when at least $50 is ready. Smaller amounts carry over to the next month.
- Make sure your payout email on your dashboard is correct. We aren't responsible for payments sent to a wrong email you gave us.
- You're responsible for any taxes on what you earn. If you're in the US and we pay you $600 or more in a calendar year, we need a completed W-9 form before paying more.
3. How you can promote SupaDay
Share your link honestly, anywhere you reach salon owners: social media, your website, newsletters, your store or classroom, and in person. You may not:
- bid on "SupaDay" or misspellings of it in search ads, or use it in ad domains or social handles;
- send spam (unsolicited bulk emails, texts or messages);
- post your link on coupon, deal or cashback sites, or offer discounts SupaDay hasn't approved;
- pretend to be SupaDay or make claims about SupaDay that aren't true;
- sign up your own salon, or salons you own or manage, through your own link;
- use fake sign-ups, bots, cookie stuffing or anything else meant to fake referrals.
4. Pausing or ending
- You can leave the program at any time by emailing [email protected]. Commissions already confirmed will still be paid.
- We can pause or close your partner account if you break these terms. Commissions from referrals that broke the rules won't be paid.
- We may change or end the program. If we end it, we'll pay commissions already confirmed.
5. Other
- You're an independent partner, not an employee or agent of SupaDay.
- You must be at least 18.
