These SMS Program Terms (the "Terms") describe how SupaDay and participating businesses ("teams") deliver text messages related to appointments, reminders, updates, and follow-ups. By opting in, you agree to receive messages according to the details below.

0. Independent Consent

Providing SMS consent is separate from agreeing to our website Terms of Service or Privacy Policy. You may create an account, book services, or use the platform without opting into SMS messages. Declining or withdrawing consent will not limit your access to other agreements or functionality.

1. Program Description

We send SMS messages to help you manage appointments you book through SupaDay. Messages may include confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, and occasional feedback requests.

2. Opt-In

You can opt in by providing your mobile number on our forms and explicitly agreeing to receive SMS communications. When a staff member creates an account for you, we send a consent request; you must reply YES to confirm enrollment. Opting in is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After we process your request, you will receive a confirmation message and then stop receiving SMS messages unless you opt back in by replying START or YES.

Opting out of SMS messages does not change your acceptance of any other agreements with SupaDay or the participating business, and you will continue to receive email or in-app notifications based on your saved preferences.
