Understanding Your Reports Dashboard
The Reports page gives you a snapshot of your salon's financial performance — revenue, tips, provider breakdowns, and payment methods. Available on the Grow plan and above.
Open reports
Go to Reports (under the Insights menu, visible to managers and admins).
Choose a date range
Use the pills at the top to select a period: Today, 7 Days, 30 Days (default), 90 Days, 180 Days, or 1 Year. All numbers update instantly.
Revenue overview
Eight stat cards show your key numbers:
- Gross Sales — total revenue before deductions
- Net Sales — gross minus refunds
- Tips — total tips received
- Discounts — total discounts applied
- Tax — total tax collected
- Refunds — total refunded
- Transactions — number of completed transactions
- Avg Ticket — average transaction amount
Tips by provider
A table showing each provider's tip performance:
- Provider — staff member name
- Tips Received — total tips for the period
- Tip Count — number of tips
- Avg per Tip — average tip amount
The Total row at the bottom sums up tips and count across all providers.
Provider performance
A table showing each provider's revenue contribution:
- Provider — staff member name
- Revenue — total service revenue
- Tickets — number of transactions
- Items — number of line items sold
- Avg Ticket — average transaction size
Revenue by type and payment method
Two side-by-side tables at the bottom:
- Revenue by Type — breaks down revenue into Services, Products, and Fees
- Revenue by Payment Method — shows how much came through Card, Cash, Check, Gift Card, Store Credit, and Other
