How to Set Up Your Business on SupaDay

After creating your account, the next step is filling in your business details. This information appears on your booking page, appointment confirmations, and receipts.

Go to settings

  1. Click Settings in the navigation menu (under Settings & Billing)
  2. You'll see the System Settings page with multiple sections

Configure booking settings

Under the Booking Settings section:

  • Booking time increment — controls the time slots available when creating bookings. Default is 15 minutes. Nail salons often use 15 or 30 minutes; barbers may prefer 15
  • Prevent booking conflicts for staff — when enabled, the system won't allow double-booking a staff member. Recommended to turn this on

Fill in your team information

Under the Team Information section, fill in:

  • Team name — your salon name as you want clients to see it
  • Team timezone — auto-detected at signup, but double-check it's correct. All booking times use this timezone
  • Business phone — the number clients can call
  • Business email — for booking confirmations and client communication
  • Address fields — fill in each field separately:
    • Address line 1 (street address)
    • Address line 2 (suite, unit — optional)
    • City
    • State/Region
    • Postal code
    • Country (dropdown)

Click Save when done.

Set up customer self-service

Under Customer Self-Service:

  • Allow customers to modify / cancel their bookings — lets clients reschedule or cancel their own appointments from the confirmation email
  • Automatically confirm public bookings — when on, online bookings are instantly confirmed. When off, they go to "pending" for you to manually approve
  • Enable public booking interface — toggles your online booking page on or off. Leave this off until you've added services and staff

Set a security PIN (optional)

Under Security:

  • Require PIN for sensitive actions — when enabled, actions like viewing transactions, editing commission rates, and managing the turn tracker require a PIN. Each admin/manager sets their own PIN in their profile

This is useful if your front desk tablet is shared and you want to protect financial data.

What to do next

Now that your business info is set, continue setup:

  1. Set your working hours
  2. Add your services
