Using the Calendar

The calendar is the center of your daily workflow. It shows all appointments, time off, and availability at a glance.

Open the calendar

Click Calendar in the top navigation. This is the main view you'll use every day.

Calendar views

Switch between three views using the buttons in the header:

  • Day — shows each provider as a column with time slots. Best for busy days when you need to see every appointment
  • Week — shows the full week with appointments stacked. Good for planning ahead
  • Month — shows appointment counts per day. Good for seeing the big picture

On mobile, tap the current view name to switch between views.

Navigate dates

  • Use the left/right arrows to move to the previous or next day, week, or month
  • Click the date title to open a date picker and jump to any date
  • Click Today to return to the current date

The header also shows a summary: how many appointments today, how many confirmed, and how many pending.

Create a booking from the calendar

Click an empty time slot in a staff member's column — this is the fastest way. The booking form opens pre-filled with the correct date, time, and provider. Just pick the customer and service, and you're done.

You can also click the + button (bottom-right corner) to open quick actions: New Booking, Add Customer, Add Time Off, or Quick Sale.

View and edit a booking

Click any appointment on the calendar to open the booking details panel on the right side. From here you can:

  • See the customer, provider, service, date/time, and notes
  • Change the status using the dropdown (Pending, Confirmed, Completed, Cancelled, No Show)
  • Click Edit Booking to modify the details
  • Click Delete to remove the booking

Provider columns

In day view, each provider appears as a separate column. To reorder them, open the calendar settings (gear icon) and rearrange providers in the list. The order is saved for your browser.
