How to Share Your Booking Link
Your SupaDay booking page lets clients browse your services, pick a provider, and book a time — all from their phone. Here's how to find your link and put it where clients will see it.
Find your booking link
Your booking page URL is:
supaday.app/book/your-salon-name
The your-salon-name part is auto-generated from your business name when you signed up. For example, if your business is "Ace Nails & Spa," your link is supaday.app/book/ace-nails-spa.
To find your exact URL, visit your public booking page or check your team slug in the browser address bar.
Where to share your booking link
Instagram bio
Add your booking link to your Instagram bio. This is the #1 place clients look when they find you on social media. Most link-in-bio tools (Linktree, etc.) work, but putting the booking link directly in the bio field is even better — one less click for the client.
Google Business Profile
- Log in to your Google Business Profile
- Go to Edit Profile → Contact
- Add your booking URL as the Appointment URL
This adds a "Book" button directly on your Google listing when people search for your salon.
Your website
Add a "Book Now" button on your website that links to your SupaDay booking page. Place it in the header, on your services page, and in the footer — anywhere a client might decide to book.
Text messages and emails
Include your booking link in appointment confirmation texts, follow-up messages, and marketing campaigns. Clients can tap the link and rebook in seconds.
QR code at your salon
Print a QR code that links to your booking page and display it:
- At the front desk
- On each nail station
- On your business card
- In the waiting area
Clients who are in your salon can scan it to book their next visit before they leave.
Make sure booking is enabled
Your booking link only works if online booking is turned on. If clients see an error page, check that you've completed the online booking setup.
