How to View Booking History and Audit Logs
Booking History shows every appointment in your system — past, present, and future. Audit Logs track every change made to bookings, so you can see who did what and when.
Booking history
Open booking history
Go to Booking History (under the Insights menu). The page shows all bookings with filters to narrow down what you're looking for.
Filter bookings
Six filters across the top:
- Search Customer — type a name or email
- Status — All Statuses, Pending, Confirmed, Cancelled, Completed, No Show
- Service — filter by specific service
- Provider — filter by specific staff member
- From Date and To Date — date range
Click Clear Filters to reset.
Table columns
Each booking shows: Customer (name + email), Service, Provider, Created (who and when), Last Modified (who and when), Date & Time, Status, and Actions.
You can sort by Created, Last Modified, or Date & Time — click the column header to toggle ascending/descending.
Actions
From the actions column on each row, you can:
- Change the status using the dropdown
- View the booking details
- Edit the booking
- Delete the booking
You can also create a new booking with the + Booking button at the top.
Audit logs
Open audit logs
Go to Audit Logs (under the Insights menu). Available on the Grow plan and above.
What audit logs show
Every time a booking is created, updated, or deleted, an entry is recorded with:
- Booking — which booking was affected (with customer, service, provider, time, and status)
- Action — what happened (Created, Updated, Deleted)
- Actor — who made the change
- When — timestamp (sortable)
- Summary — for updates, shows exactly what changed with before and after values (e.g., "Status: Pending → Confirmed", "Provider: Jane → Mary", "Duration: 60 min → 90 min")
Filter audit logs
Use the Filter Activity section at the top:
- Action — filter by All actions, Created, Updated, or Deleted
- Actor — filter by a specific team member
- Search — search by booking, customer, or provider name
Click Apply to filter, or Reset to clear.
