Using the Provider Dashboard
The Provider Dashboard is the home screen for staff members. It shows your schedule, upcoming bookings, and quick links to manage your work.
What you see when you log in
The dashboard shows:
- Welcome message with your name
- Access level — a note showing what you can do based on your booking access tier
- Today's Schedule — your appointments for today with service name, customer, time, and status
- Quick Stats — how many bookings you have today, this week, and this month
- Upcoming Bookings — your next 5 upcoming appointments
Quick actions
On the right side of the dashboard, you'll find shortcuts to:
- Update Profile — edit your name, photo, and notification preferences
- Manage Schedule — set your working hours (Grow plan and above)
- Booking Audits — review changes made to bookings
- View All Bookings — see your full booking list with filters
View your bookings
Click View All Bookings to see a full list of your appointments. You can filter by:
- Customer name, email, or service
- Status (Pending, Confirmed, Completed, Cancelled, No Show)
- Date range
The page shows stats at the top — total bookings, pending, confirmed, completed, and cancelled for the filtered period.
Manage your schedule
Click Manage Schedule to set your own working hours. You can choose:
- Use Business Hours — your availability matches the salon's open hours
- Use Custom Working Hours — set your own start and end time for each day of the week
Your team's business hours are shown as a reference so you can coordinate with the salon's schedule.
This feature requires the Grow plan or above.
View your earnings
If your salon tracks commissions, click My Earnings in the top navigation to see your commission breakdown — revenue, commission amount, tips, and total payout for any period.
