How to Create Your SupaDay Account

There are two ways into SupaDay. Salon owners create a new business account with a free trial. Staff join their salon's account from an invitation, so the owner stays in control of who has access.

Sign up as a salon owner

Sign-up works in a web browser on your computer, tablet or phone. The SupaDay mobile app doesn't take new sign-ups.

1. Go to supaday.app/register-team.
2. Fill in Your Name (your own name, not the salon's).
3. Fill in Email. This is the email you'll log in with.
4. Choose a password and type it again in Confirm Password.
5. Fill in Business Name, for example "Ace Nails & Spa".
6. Under What kind of business?, pick Nail salon, Hair salon, Barbershop, Spa, Lash & brow or Other.
7. Click Start Free Trial.

You're signed in right away and your 30-day free trial starts. No credit card is needed.

What your new account includes

• A 30-day trial of the Grow plan with every Grow feature turned on
• Your first location, named after your business
• Your booking page link, made from your business name, for example supaday.app/book/ace-nails-spa
• Your time zone, picked up from your device (you can check it on the next screen)
• Starter services for the business type you picked, ready to edit

Finish the setup screens

Right after sign-up, SupaDay opens Set up your salon. In four quick screens you check your services and prices, set your opening hours, add your team and say whether clients mostly walk in or book ahead. See first-time setup for each screen.

Confirm your email

We send a confirmation email when you sign up. You can use SupaDay before you confirm, but booking texts and your online booking page stay off until you click the link in that email.

Didn't get it? A yellow bar at the top of the app says Confirm your email to turn on text reminders and your online booking page. Click Resend email there, and check your spam folder.

Heads up: Adding a second location also needs a confirmed email.

Join your salon as a staff member

If your salon already uses SupaDay, the owner or a manager invites you. You don't fill in the sign-up form above.

1. Open the email titled "You're invited to join" followed by your salon's name.
2. Click Accept Invitation.
3. On the Team Invitation page, check the salon, your role and who invited you. Your email is already filled in.
4. Fill in Full Name, then choose a password and type it again in Confirm Password.
5. Click Accept Invitation.

You join with the role your salon picked for you: Provider, Manager or Administrator. If you already have a SupaDay account with that email, you won't be asked for a password. Accept the invitation and log in as usual.

No invitation email?

• Check your spam or promotions folder.
• Invitations expire. Ask your salon to click Resend next to your name under Pending Invitations on their Staff page.
• Make sure they used the email address you actually check.
