How to Create Your SupaDay Account
SupaDay has two types of accounts depending on your role. Choose the one that fits you.
For salon owners — set up your business
If you're opening a new business on SupaDay, this is the signup for you.
- Go to supaday.app/register-team
- Fill in:
- Your name — your personal name (not the business name)
- Email — this becomes your login email
- Password — choose a strong password and confirm it
- Business name — your salon or business name (e.g., "Ace Nails & Spa")
- Click Start Free Trial
That's it. You're logged in and your 30-day free trial starts immediately. No credit card required.
What gets created:
- Your business account with admin access and a 30-day free trial on the Grow plan
- Your first location using the business name you entered
- Your booking page URL at
supaday.app/book/your-salon-name - Your timezone detected from your browser automatically
The business name you enter becomes both your subscription account name and your first location name. You can change the location name later in Settings. If you have multiple locations, you can add more on the Business plan.
What to do next:
After signing up, you'll land on your dashboard. Set up your business in this order:
- Set up your business info and hours
- Add your services
- Add your staff members
- Connect Stripe for payments
- Enable online booking
- Share your booking link
For staff — join your salon's account
If your salon owner or manager already uses SupaDay and invited you, follow these steps.
- Check your email for an invitation from SupaDay
- Click the link in the email — it takes you to supaday.app/register
- Fill in:
- Name — your full name
- Email — must match the email the invitation was sent to
- Password — choose a strong password and confirm it
- Phone — your phone number (used for SMS reminders)
- Click Register
You'll be added to your salon's account with the role your manager assigned (Provider, Manager, or Administrator). You'll land on your provider dashboard where you can see your upcoming appointments and manage your schedule.
No invitation email? Ask your salon owner or manager to add you from the Staff page. They'll need your email address.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a credit card to sign up? No. The salon owner's trial starts with no payment info. Staff accounts never require payment — that's handled by the salon owner.
Can I change my business name later? Yes. Go to Settings and update the team name anytime.
What happens after the 30-day trial? The account moves to the Starter plan with limited features. The salon owner subscribes to the Grow or Business plan to continue using all features. No data is lost.
