How to Set Up Online Booking

Your SupaDay account includes a public booking page where clients can see your available times and book appointments on their own. Here's how to get it set up.

Step 1: Enable online booking

  1. Go to Settings (under Settings & Billing in the navigation)
  2. Scroll to the Customer Self-Service section
  3. Toggle Enable public booking interface to on

Your booking page is now live at supaday.app/book/your-salon-name.

Step 2: Choose your booking preferences

In the same Customer Self-Service section, you can also configure:

  • Automatically confirm public bookings — when on, bookings are instantly confirmed. When off, they go to "pending" for you to approve
  • Allow customers to modify / cancel their bookings — lets clients reschedule or cancel from their confirmation email

Step 3: Set staff availability

Clients can only book during times your staff is available. Make sure each provider's working hours are set correctly:

  1. Go to Staff (under the Team menu in the navigation)
  2. Click on a team member to open their profile
  3. Set their working hours for each day of the week

Step 4: Share your booking link

Your booking page URL is: supaday.app/book/your-salon-name

Share it:

  • In your Instagram bio
  • On your website
  • In your Google Business profile
  • In text messages to clients

What clients see

When a client visits your booking page, they can:

  • Browse your available services and pricing
  • Choose their preferred provider (or select "any available")
  • Pick a date and time from your real-time availability
  • Confirm their booking and receive a confirmation via SMS or email
